The third common question or concern is how to get rid of anxious thoughts so priorities can be focused. This question can be addressed be being aware of your own thoughts and making sure they are healthy. Just because we have a thought cross our minds does not mean that thought is realistic or accurate. If needed, reframe a thought in light of the bigger picture. You must often relinquish the need to control everything because it is simply not possible. If you can learn to be flexible and let go of those things you cannot change then much of the anxiousness will dissipate. In addition you should make sure you are taking time to relax and unwind as rest is important for everyone.

This may be through suggestions or resources they can make available.
